By rail

The nearest stations are Bristol Parkway and Filton Abbey Wood.

Trains from London Paddington take around 1 hour 20 minutes to Bristol Parkway.

By road

Leave M4 at Junction 19 and take the M32 southbound, stay in the left hand lane which filters off at the first exit within 400 metres. Turn right at the roundabout and continue west on the A4174. At the first set of lights, turn left signposted UWE, follow Coldharbour Lane for approximately 500 yards and turn right at the roundabout onto the UWE campus.

Northavon House is the first building on campus, a large redbrick building with its own carpark.

Press the buzzer to the right of the entrance to the car park to request entry.

Access for visitors with limited mobility

  • Accessible car parking in front of the main entrance
  • Main entrance has ramp and no steps
  • Main entrance doors have glass panels and a doorbell within easy reach if assistance with entry is needed
  • Elevator to all floors
  • Toilets accessible to wheelchair users on each floor
