Report of the ORSAS policy review group

This report summarises responses to the consultation on the Overseas Research Students Awards Scheme (ORSAS), HEFCE 02/16, and presents the recommendations of the review group on the future scope and shape of the scheme. Evidence is drawn from responses by institutions and other bodies, and additional information supplied by the ORSAS review group and officers from the three higher education funding bodies.
