Biography and registered interests
Martin was educated at the University of Oxford where he studied law at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
He is a partner at legal services group Norton Rose Fulbright where he heads the global competition and regulatory law practice. Previously he lectured in law at Brunel University. He has held board or similar level positions at the Economic & Social Research Council and the Solicitors Regulation Authority. He is a member of Council of the University of Kent. He will be joining the board of the Competition and Markets Authority in October 2017 and the board of Police Now.
