The institutional team consists of:

David Noyce
Associate Director, London and East

As Associate Director for London and the East, David manages the London and East institutional team, and provides strategic oversight and executive direction for the Council's work in these regions. He also leads on HEFCE's relations with the Department for Health and the NHS. Formerly David worked as HEFCE Regional Consultant for the South West and South East.

Derek Hicks
Regional Consultant, London and East

As Regional Consultant, Derek leads on the Council's interaction with a number of London's higher education institutions and further education colleges, plus partner organisations including the Mayor of London's Office, London Development Agency and the Skills Funding Agency.

Davina Madden
Regional Consultant, London and East

As Regional Consultant, Davina leads on the Council's interaction with a number of higher education institutions in the East of England, Kent and the Thames Gateway area plus partner organisations operating in the region including the Skills Funding Agency. Formerly Davina worked at University of the West of England in Bristol as Grants and Contracts Manager and at HEFCE as the RAE2008 deputy manager and latterly on research policy.
