In 2009 we developed a People Strategy and we update the Board on people developments at HEFCE annually. The People Strategy, and recent reports to the Board including equality and diversity data, are available to download below.
The Council's organisational structure is designed to enhance its performance and efficiency. We review this structure and its performance and efficiency periodically.
We are currently making organisational changes that enable us to deploy our staff more effectively to meet the changing priorities of the Government’s reform of higher education funding.
Where we have carried out reviews we have formally assessed their impact in terms of regulatory burden, equality and diversity, and sustainable development. These assessments are available to download below.
