HEFCE's operating plan

Our 2009-10 operating plan sets out the areas of work we are undertaking in this period to deliver the priorities and mitigate the risks identified in our strategic plan 2006-11.

At the end of each year we publish a full report on our performance in the management commentary of our annual report and accounts.
