Nominations and appointments to governing boards

In early 2007 we published draft guidelines on processes surrounding the filling of vacancies for non-executive positions on the governing boards of our related bodies.

A period of consultation with stakeholders was completed in June 2007. The outcomes have been considered and we expect to replace the draft document with a final version in autumn 2007.
