The 'proposed method for informing research degree programme (RDP) supervision fund allocations based on HESA data' is a verification exercise concerning HEIs only. The exercise provides the opportunity for institutions to check their data is accurate and to provide any comments on the proposed methodology.

To download action plans on the HEFCE extranet, navigate to the 'HEFCE resources' page, then select 'Notional 2010-11 Research Degree Programme (RDP) Supervision Fund', then select 'APRDP09 data collection'
To upload action plans once they have been completed, navigate back to the same page. Next select 'Upload', browse to the location where the action plan is saved and select 'Upload'.
In March 2011, we published provisional allocations for the first year of the programme.
