2008-09 statistics derived from HESA data for monitoring and allocation of funding

This document describes: how we will use 2008-09 Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) student data to monitor returns made to HEFCE; the responses required from institutions to these monitoring processes; and how we have used 2008-09 HESA student data to inform 2010-11 funding allocations.
