Catalyst Fund: supporting mental health and wellbeing for postgraduate research students

HEFCE is providing £1.5 million for 17 projects to improve support for the mental health and wellbeing of postgraduate research (PGR) students.

HEFCE’s investment will support a range of activities including development of new practice for the pastoral support of PGR students, enhance training for PGR supervisors and other staff, and support students’ transition into postgraduate research, with its different expectations and working practices.
