It will do this by creating two new schools: one for mathematics and the other for chemistry. 

Both schools will follow a curriculum developed with business, and designed to produce ‘industry-ready’ graduates who have engaged with potential employers throughout their studies.

The project will also complement the university’s innovation park, and attract new businesses to the area.
