This project has developed a suite of specialist automotive engineering postgraduate modules organised into three postgraduate certificates that address the pressing issues of electrification and the application of intelligence into vehicle systems, meeting the current educational needs of the industry:

  • Powertrain Simulation and Test
  • Intelligent Vehicle Systems
  • Body and Chassis Simulation and Test

At the heart of the development is the integration of engineering fundamentals, advanced simulation methods, and test and validation. With the support of the vehicle manufacturers and tier one suppliers, a vehicle test laboratory has been developed to support the test and validation component.

The modules are attracting industrial-based engineers from across the UK.
