Graduate Recruitment Employability and Training Supply (GREATS)

This project has two main aims. These are to:

  • improve graduate job opportunities and careers
  • enhance the economic performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through graduate recruitment and retention.

The project aims to support recruitment into small businesses through a tailored recruitment service.

It will help businesses retain and develop higher-level talent more effectively by offering a graduate training programme equivalent to the in-house training provided by large organisations.

It responds to the needs of SMEs in the East of England.
