FalmouthFalmouth and its partners are bringing innovation into the heart of postgraduate study, by aligning business opportunities with postgraduate entrepreneurship programmes. The Catalyst Fund investment builds upon an investment of £1.1m secured from the European Regional Development Fund for Falmouth University’s cutting-edge new business entrepreneurship programme ‘Falmouth Launchpad (Games)’.

The three university partners have come together for this project as they all share an interest in developing postgraduate courses that combine real business activity with academic learning. The courses are being developed in close alignment with the Local Enterprise Partnership economic priorities for each region.

The partners will each develop unique but complementary postgraduate products, use the evaluation process as research and development to further enhance their individual offerings, and capture the learning from this experience to benefit the wider HE community and the UK taught postgraduate market as a whole.
