All tender proposals should be returned in a HEFCE tender envelope. Return tender envelopes should be requested from the named contact in the ITT.

We regret to advise that it has become necessary to withdraw the above proposal. On 26 May, we were informed by HM Treasury of the need to cut public sector expenditure in several areas including human resources. This now means that we can no longer be sure that we will be able to offer work to any of the companies who have expressed interest in working for HEFCE for the foreseeable future. The updated Human Resources procurement policy (Adobe PDF 88K) sets out new procedures if we find that we are in a position to commission any work.
