Leading Transformational Change

In response to the current economic situation, we invited proposals from senior leaders in higher education (HE) that will develop relevant changes in leadership, governance and management (LGM).

We invited proposals on the themes of:

• distinctiveness strategies
• new business models
• collaborative partnerships.

We have funded several projects as a result of this initiative. We held an inaugural event on 10 March 2010 and discussed how to disseminate the good practice for the benefit of the whole sector.

We made 'Leading Transformational Change' the theme of 2009's conference to share outcomes from all the projects funded through the LGM fund.
