This conference provides an opportunity to take stock of progress on the efficiencies and transformation agenda. It will discuss the projects now going forward under the Innovation and Transformation Fund and to share learning across professional groups in the HE sector.

  • Day 1 unlocks learning through keynote contributions and provocations from within and beyond higher education.
  • Day 2 is designed to give participants from a range of roles and levels in HEIs the opportunity to generate fresh project ideas, develop and refine them and identify colleagues with whom to take them forward.
