Review of the year and the challenges for higher education

HEFCE's annual meeting is intended primarily for chairs of governing bodies of HEFCE-funded higher education institutions, and heads of organisations with an interest in higher education. Following the publication of the spending review and the Browne review we addressed the implications for future years, and the challenges for governance.
