| S 40(2) | Some individuals (generally those below the level of the senior management team in HEFCE and the equivalent for other organisations referred to in the material) have been replaced with a unique identifier to track their correspondence without identifying them personally. This is to ensure their rights under the Data Protection Act are not breached.
