HEFCE publishes information relating to its dealings with London Metropolitan University

HEFCE is today making available a number of documents relating to its dealings with London Metropolitan University (LMU) over student data returns and the resulting overpayment and recovery of grant.

We are publishing this information because of the high level of public interest in this matter. We have received 16 Freedom of Information requests and there has been a Westminster Hall debate. There is also considerable interest in this from the staff and students of the University, the press, members of the public and Members of Parliament.
