Expressions of interest are to be submitted to HEFCE by Friday 15 April 2016.

Following on from the success of the first four rounds of the UK Research Partnership Investment Fund (UKRPIF), HEFCE is inviting proposals from UK universities (alone or in partnership with other HEIs and eligible Research Council Institutes) for large-scale projects (a minimum of £10 million from UKRPIF) that can attract twice as much funding from private sources (businesses, charities, individual donations).

In this round of funding, UKRPIF will focus on proposals that not only meet expectations for excellent research, but also recognise the potential for economic growth (including locally), local collaboration and leverage.

Read the guidance for expressions of interest. For any enquiries and to discuss potential bids further, please contact
