Responses to the consultation on supply and demand in higher education

In October 2001 we published a report on 'Supply and demand in higher education' (HEFCE 01/62). This document summarises the written responses to that report, and the feedback from consultation seminars held around the country. The process is informing the development of our policies for widening participation, and our strategic plan.
