Key findings and recommendations from the research programme

This report summarises the key findings and recommendations of a major programme of research into equal opportunities and diversity for staff in higher education. The programme was funded by the higher education funding councils for England, Wales and Scotland, and overseen by a steering group chaired by Professor Bob Burgess, Vice-Chancellor, University of Leicester.
