National survey of equal opportunities practices

(Equal opportunities and diversity Project 6)

Summary

This project, by a team from Coventry University, was to conduct a mapping survey (via questionnaire and interview) of good practice among HEIs in terms of the specific equality and diversity strategies that they have developed over the past few years. It also aimed to determine the extent to which those strategies have achieved their objectives and/or what challenges arose which militated against their success. Relevant data, case studies and examples are available in an online, searchable database (www.edihe.info).
