National Student Survey 2005: process audit
Summary
The first National Student Survey was completed in April 2005 by Ipsos UK on behalf of the funding bodies for England, Wales and Northern Ireland. As part of their commitment to continuous improvement, they commissioned Ipsos to audit the process for the survey, inviting feedback from institutions and student unions. This report presents the findings and recommendations for improvement.
The changes to the 2006 survey, being made in the light of this audit, are described in HEFCE Circular letter 27/2005.
