Future needs for capital funding in higher education: A review of the future of SRIF and learning and teaching capital

Summary

This study aims to inform policy on the Science Research Investment Fund and capital grants for learning and teaching by assessing HEIs' progress towards a sustainable physical infrastructure for teaching and research; and identifying how much remedial and recurrent investment they need to make, how they can finance this, and how much more public capital funding is required.
