Figure 4 Selected strategy and infrastructure indicators 2000-2010

Figure 4 shows the development of infrastructure from 2000-2010. It shows that the vast majority of HEIs have made much progress over the last decade and have become more responsive to the needs of the economy and society with nearly 95 per cent of HEIs offering specific assistance for SMEs and a large increase (from less than 65 to over 85 per cent) in the provision of bespoke courses delivered off-site (in other words at the business itself).
