The institutional team consists of:
David Noyce, Associate Director, London and East
As Associate Director for London and the East, David manages the London and East institutional team, and provides strategic oversight and executive direction for the Council's work in these regions. He also leads on HEFCE's relations with the Department for Health and the NHS. Formerly David worked as HEFCE Regional Consultant for the South West and South East.
Derek Hicks, Regional Consultant, London and East
As Regional Consultant, Derek leads on the Council's interaction with a number of London's higher education institutions and further education colleges, plus partner organisations including the Mayor of London's Office, London Development Agency and the Skills Funding Agency.
Rachel Cowie, Regional Consultant, London and East
As Regional Consultant, Rachel leads on the Council's interaction with a number of higher education institutions in the London and East region, plus partner organisations including the Thames Gateway, East of England Development Agency, London Development Agency and the Skills Funding Agency. Formerly Rachel was Executive Director of HERDA-SW.
