Driving transformational change for employer engagement

The primary aim of the project is to develop and test good practice models which address the key enablers to employer engagement.

The project will focus on five key areas where our experience and analysis of these instances has identified a number of barriers. They include: finance; quality assurance and accreditation; information systems and processes; e-learning and staff development.
