To investigate with Sheffield Hallam University the possibilities for shared services. Areas to be considered will include payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and audit; reactive/planned maintenance, design space planning, space sharing and contractor intelligence and facilities management – security, postal services, printing, catering, cleaning. The feasibility study will also look at the potential for shared business continuity arrangements for estates and ICT services.
