Leadership and governance development

We work closely with the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education to help universities and colleges develop skills and good practice in leadership, governance and management.

Their support for individual and organisational development helps the English HE sector to maintain its international reputation for delivering high quality higher education.

Good practice

We have invested in developing good practice in leadership, governance and management in higher education.

Our funds have been used to support collaborative projects in universities and colleges, designed to bring about change in leadership, governance and management and to disseminate and embed the innovation and good practice that has been developed.

Partnerships

We work in partnership with the Committee of University Chairs and the GuildHE Practical Governance Network to embed good governance practice.
