Developing fair and effective student complaint procedures

With the support and participation of The Nottingham Trent University Union of Students, this project starts with the establishment of university-wide performance standards for the handling, monitoring and reporting of student complaints. It follows on to investigate the feasibility of setting up a regional mechanism for hearing complaints procedure appeals.
