Future (BME) Leaders Development Programme

'Future leaders development programme' is a modular leadership development programme. It is designed specifically to develop leadership strategies that reflect the unique challenges and experiences of black and minority ethnic academic and professional staff across the higher education sector.

The programme focuses on leadership characteristics and qualities in order to identify and work on the strengths that participants from minority cultures contribute. It ran in the 2009-10 academic year.
