Leadership, management and strategy for higher education in further education colleges

This project aims to develop an expert programme for senior managers of further education colleges offering higher education.

Over an 18 month period, from January 2009, seminars will be used to engage senior staff and governors in order to identify and share strategy and practice. In a second stage, these outcomes will inform the production of, and test and trial staff development resources for future use by colleges and partnerships. This will build on and progress developments in the changing landscape of higher education in further education colleges through collaborative partnerships.

The project is scheduled to close in December 2012.
