Managing change and collaboration in dual sector institutions

This project, which was completed in 2008, was intended to develop good practice in tertiary sector management by drawing on the expertise of a national and international consortium of dual sector institutions, including the then Thames Valley University. A research-informed and collaborative change management programme was planned to improve the effectiveness of manager-academics working in dual sector environments.
