Governance in medium and small-scale HEIs: a new community of practice

During the academic year 2008-09 a community of practice for Chairs, senior governors and officers involved in the governance of smaller and medium-sized HEIs was established. National events were held and a network for the exchange experience on matters such as senior appointments and estates has been developed. A web forum has also been established for members. Links have been built with the Committee of University Chairs (CUC).
