Intersect HE

This project, which was funded in July 2009, involved a scoping study to establish the viability of a proposal to improve the management of human resources in higher education (HE) called 'Intersect-HE'.
Intersect-HE intends to facilitate short-term secondments, project working and job shadowing within HE and outside the sector. A web-site would be maintained to list opportunities for staff and identify appropriate development.
The outcome of the project was a business case, prepared in March 2010.
