Mapping the Role of the Academic Registrar

This project mapped the current and emerging areas of responsibility of Academic Registrars (ARs) (or equivalent) at higher education institutions against a background of fast-moving customer expectations of the quality of delivery of the student experience. It also identified skillsets and subject knowledge.

The project delivered a change agenda in 2008, together with outputs to help shape recruitment, career development and succession planning in academic administration.
