People management framework (PMF) implementation

This project will support higher education institutions throughout the implementation of a new framework in 2010-11 to evaluate the progress and impact of people management in the higher education (HE) sector.

This work builds on the work of an earlier project to develop the new framework.

The implementation of the framework is therefore grounded in the commitment to self-assessment among human resources professionals in the HE sector, and the way in which this benefits future planning and captures latest activity and progress.
