Evalued project continuation: performance and outcomes

The project supplements the work of the evalued project to further support management of electronic services (EIS) in UK HEIs. The project will:

• develop a new set of current statistical and performance indicators for EIS
• work with SCONUL to pilot and test the feasibility of approaches to aligning library and information services outcomes (focussing on EIS) with institutional aims through a case study approach
• augment and refine the evalued toolkit and products through provision of a longitudinal testing element.
