Developing senior managers strategically

HESDA has worked with the Universities of Herriot-Watt, Napier, Strathclyde and Greenwich to develop a four module set of learning materials entitled “Developing Senior Managers Strategically”. As these materials would greatly benefit the sector if made available sector-wide, this project will commission professional design and production services to convert the learning materials into a high quality pack for distribution to all HEIs in the sector. Two familiarisation events will take place for professional staff / management developers to ensure they are well understood before being used in the HEIs.
