Benchmarking higher education internal communications and the development of best practice standards, to enhance institutional effectiveness, leadership, management, and staff relations

This project, which ran from January 2008 to July 2009, was intended to benchmark higher education internal communications and identify best practice standards.

The project developed a programme for auditing and then enhancing internal communications that could be used by any university or college in the sector. A conference on internal communications was held in March 2009 and toolkits, good practice case studies and reports were published.

All resources are available to the sector as a whole on the project web-site.
