Project reference : LGMF-172
Lead institution : University of Leeds
A series of workshops on the theme of wellbeing was held during the academic year 2008-09 at six participating universities. They provided HEIs with an opportunity to share and learn from each others' experience.
The workshops covered the varying interpretations of wellbeing within HEIs. Subsequent analysis of the evidence shared created a set of core principles and practices on which HEIs can draw to improve employee wellbeing within their individual contexts. This project formed the basis of the Leading Transformational Change project 'Delivering sustainable high performance through an engaged, resilient workforce'.
Total funding : £74,177
