Developing distinctiveness within HE – the 'Cathedrals Group'

The Leadership Foundation (LFHE) provided a framework and methodology for the Council of Church Colleges and Universities (CCCU) to identify how their values-based Christian foundations offered them a distinctive relationship with staff, students and stakeholders.

Two action learning sets involving managers from the 14 members of the CCCU met on four occasions, facilitated by LFHE to articulate their distinctiveness

The project was completed in 2011.
