Embedding excellence in higher education

The original project GMP-143 set out to evaluate the benefits of applying the EFQM model in Higher Education.

This project will comprise a series of interlinked projects that will build on the work of the last two and a half years to consolidate the learning and experiences gained from the GMP-143 programme. The project aims to:

• consolidate and embed the learning
• develop case studies (relating to specific areas such as leadership, integrated planning and performance management and process management)
• look at potential new areas (such as the link between the Excellence Model, the Learning Organisation concepts and corporate social responsibility thinking).
