Project reference : LGMF-005
Lead institution : Sheffield Hallam University
This project, which was completed in 2008, set out to develop approaches to integrated change management tailored to the higher education sector, that would enable universities and colleges to become more self-regulating, agile and adaptive to the needs of students, staff and other stakeholders. The project aimed to raise sector awareness of practical steps that can improve organisational effectiveness with impact on academic excellence. The project drew on experience of working with the Excellence Model but sought to develop it further in terms of language and application, and in particular to identify how the model can contribute to the sustainability agenda.
Total funding : £250,000
