Project reference : GMP-201
Lead institution : University of Bedfordshire
Evidence from the private sector suggests that significant improvements to organisational efficiency and effectiveness can be produced by a systematic and holistic change management programme which attends to the organisation's culture and seeks to strengthen it.
A key feature of such programmes is the role of the change management facilitator, who acts as a stimulus, co-ordinator and motivator across all projects and initiatives.
This project aims to draw on identified models of best practice to generate, document and evaluate a successful change management programme in a higher education institution.
Total funding : £150,000
