Creating Value: Learning resources for managers to deliver efficiencies whilst improving effectiveness

This project intends to provide managers in the higher education sector with a learning resource to apply for improving service delivery while reducing costs.

Each collaborating partner will undertake a project that is important to that higher education institution in reducing its own cost base, while delivering service improvements. The project team will give direct support to the partners for these efficiency improvement projects, which will help them manage their 'live' scenario. Their project outputs will feedback into developing the learning resource.

The partners are University of Exeter, University College Falmouth, the University of the Creative Arts and the University of Sussex, The project is funded under the Leading Transformational Change initiative, and runs from January 2010 to July 2011.
