Embedding media services benchmarking

The original project GMP4 involved pump priming a survey and benchmarking exercise for Media Services in UK HEIs. This was led by Loughborough University and the Standing Conference for Heads of Media Services who are committed to continuing the survey long term. This follow-on work is designed to further establish the work prior to SCHMOS taking it forward. By collaborative working, the project will work on increasing the uptake of the survey and will use some customised benchmarking to further establish and embed this survey in the sector.
