StudentFunds project

This project followed on from Streamlining the administration of hardship funds, which developed the StudentFunds web-site (www.studentfunds.co.uk). The web-site provided students with individualised eligibility information about their financial support and enabled them to make online applications to the Access to Learning Fund.

This follow-on project updated the system for the 2005-06 academic year, rolled out the system to 30 HEIs and incorporated limited information for prospective students. It was intended to assess the long-term viability of the StudentFunds system, leading to the development of an exit strategy from development funding.
